2010 Brickworld Theme

After much deliberation, the Brickworld Team is excited to announce that the theme for this year's event is:

2010: Bricks In Space

So, let's all try to work something "spacey" into our displays somewhere in honor of all things space.

We have worked a LEGO(R) Classic Space look into the two event kits. Pictures of the kits will be posted soon here on the Brickworld website. They will be posted in conjunction with the start of merchandise pre-sales for the event.

Brickworld 2010 Registration OPEN

Registration for this year's Brickworld event at the Westin Hotel in Wheeling, IL June 17-20 has now opened. We expect to have more registrants than ever before, so don't forget to use the hotel link on the registration page and make your hotel reservations too.

Brickworld on Facebook

We invite everyone to let the Facebook community know that Brickworld is a great event. Come to the Brickworld 2010 event page on Facebook and post your thoughts. Registration opens tomorrow (January 1st). We have set the time at 2 PM Eastern time. We hope you are already working on your creations for this year's event. We are!!

Brickworld Indy 2010

Brickworld Indy is a public exhibition that will be held March 13 and 14 at the Indianapolis Convention Center (Wabash Ballroom). The event will feature display creations by the members of IndyLUG. Displays will include train, town, space, castle, and Mindstorms. There will be Duplo and LEGO bricks for kids to play with. There will be programmable fighting robots. There will be vendors selling LEGO products and accessories. This event is designed for a fun day with the family in an easily accessed location for an affordable price ($5 for kids and $8 for adults). Come be part of the fun.

Brickworld INDY

As released in BrickJournal's latest edition, we are pleased to announce a partnership with IndyLUG to put on a public exposition in March 2010. The event will take place at the Indianapolis Convention Center and will be open to the public March 13 & 14. It is very exciting to partner with a local AFOL club to showcase their exhibits. We are having a lot of fun with this. So, if you are in the Indianapolis area, we invite you to stop by and see what the club can create.
